MAK Azad serves as our Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing 13 years of dedicated experience within HAPBCO to his pivotal role. With a foundational background in mechanical engineering, holding a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, he is instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.As COO, Mr. Azad is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of projects and strategic initiatives. He plays a critical role in managing overall operational performance, working to develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. His long tenure within our company provides him with deep insights into our processes and culture, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Mr. Suraj Das is a Chartered Accountant with more than 24 years experience spread across multiple domains and verticals. He has also undergone an Executive Programme in Applied Finance from IIM, Calcutta. Prior to HAPBCO , he has served in companies such as Tata Realty, Ascendas (ie CapitaLand) , Golden Gate Properties Ltd, Indu Projects Ltd , Express Avenue.

Haneef MK serves as our AVP – Administration & Finance, bringing 21 years of extensive experience to his dual-capacity role. He is a seasoned professional renowned for his robust capabilities in Financial Management & Planning, ensuring fiscal prudence and strategic resource allocation.Mr. Haneef demonstrates strong Administrative Leadership, overseeing critical operational aspects that ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. His expertise extends to Vendor & Asset Negotiation, where he consistently secures favorable terms, and he plays a key role in Strategic Decision-Making that impacts the company's trajectory. Furthermore, his responsibilities encompass comprehensive Banking & Operational Oversight, ensuring efficient financial processes and strong internal controls. His broad and deep experience is invaluable to both the administrative and financial pillars of our company.
