Ultratech Kukurdih Cement Works

Project Type: Ongoing

Nature of Work: Mechanical erection and structural fabrication for the clinker production line

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Project Duration: 24 to 30 months

HAPBCO is currently engaged in the construction of UltraTech Cement Limited's Kukurdih Cement Works, an integrated cement plant located in Baloda Bazar, Chhattisgarh. This ambitious project encompasses the establishment of a 3.5 MTPA clinker production facility, a 5 MTPA cement production unit, a 1 MTPA coal washery, and a 50 MW captive power plant. A significant feature of this development is the incorporation of a 15 MW Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS), designed to enhance energy efficiency by harnessing waste heat from kiln operations. HAPBCO's involvement underscores its expertise in delivering large-scale industrial projects that integrate advanced technologies and sustainable practices.
