HAPBCO is actively contributing to the expansion of UltraTech Hirmi Cement Works in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, a strategic move to triple clinker and cement production capacity. This Line 2 expansion aims to increase clinker capacity from 2.2 MTPA to 6.75 MTPA and cement capacity from 2.75 MTPA to 6.75 MTPA, addressing the growing demand for high-quality cement in India’s infrastructure sector.

The expansion also includes a Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) system of 15 MW, an increase in captive power plant (CPP) capacity from 50 MW to 100 MW, and additional diesel generator (DG) sets expanding from 18 MW to 30 MW. With cutting-edge automation, sustainability measures, and energy-efficient operations, this project will enhance production efficiency while ensuring environmental responsibility. HAPBCO’s expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) ensures seamless execution, making this expansion a milestone in UltraTech’s journey toward sustainable and high-capacity cement manufacturing.
